What to write about

• A wrong figure or rule. Include the document type, the inputs and the source you believe is correct. Tax correctness outranks every other queue here.
• A rule change we have not caught — a CBIC/GSTN notification, a GSTN schema announcement, a BOE publication on Verifactu. Links to the official text are the fastest route to a same-week fix.
• Tool behaviour. What you did, what you expected, what happened. Screenshots of generated documents help — redact your client data first; we never need it.

Please do not send your invoices, client lists or library backups: everything you make here lives in your browser, support never needs it, and we will ask you to delete it from the thread if it arrives.
