About FacturaFit
FacturaFit is run by Abdul Hannan, AH Digital Studio, based in Pakistan. It is one site in a small portfolio of browser-based tools, and it exists because of a gap we kept finding while researching invoice generators: every individual feature existed somewhere — GST depth here, a GSTR-1 export there, an honest trust page somewhere else — but nobody assembled all of it, and the "free" offers kept hiding their catches in the output.
The combination, stated once
- Full local-tax depth: for India, place-of-supply splits, a live Rule 46 checklist, HSN/SAC summaries and a GSTR-1-ready export; for Spain, the cuadro de IVA by rate and IRPF in the correct order, in native Spanish.
- The whole document chain from day one: quotation, proforma, invoice, receipt, credit note and purchase order on one shared engine — so a converted document's numbers cannot drift.
- An account-free client and item book: unlimited, stored only in your browser, exportable as one file you own.
- Footer-free PDFs: your business is the only name on your documents. Check it — that is the point.
How the site is maintained
Every tax rule is stored as dated data with its official source (CGST Rules and the IGST Act; RD 1619/2012, Ley 37/1992, AEAT guidance). CBIC/GSTN notifications are checked monthly and at every schema announcement — if the GSTR-1 schema changes before our export is updated, the export pauses rather than guess. The BOE is watched for the Verifactu postponement; the day it publishes, the Spanish pages update the same week. Pages carry their "last verified" dates openly so staleness, if it ever happens, is visible rather than hidden.
What this site will never do
- File anything with GSTN, CBIC, the AEAT or Hacienda — or claim to.
- Put our name anywhere in a document you generate.
- Add an account system, a client cap or a paid tier later: the book is uncapped because there is nothing above free, and that is a permanent design constraint, not a launch offer.
- Invent numbers — no user counts, no invoice counts, no ratings appear anywhere on this site, because we do not have verified ones to show you.
Questions and corrections are welcome via the contact page — a wrong tax figure reported is a fix made the same week, and we would rather hear it from you than from a department notice addressed to you.
